Background
Improved lighting was required for a pathway at Evanston Gardens in South Australia. Running parallel to the A20 Gawler Bypass Rd, the pathway connects a railway pedestrian crossing to residential areas at the end of Angle Vale Rd. [view location on google maps]. The pedestrian thoroughfare had 3 existing lights installed that were getting old and were no longer adequate. The Gawler Town Council made the decision to improve the safety of this pathway by ensuring it was illuminated to the appropriate lighting standard (PP4 Classification for this location)
